Barley Grass Organic

Barley grass powder is made from the dried young leaves of the barley plant. Barley Grass contains many vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, fiber and special nutrients like chlorophyll, that are essential in our diet. It contains twice the fibre of bran and more iron than spinach. One of the most ancient foods, the gladiators apparently ate barley grass to help increase their strength and stamina.
